McLellan's Fly Shop is Arkansas' newest and best full-service fly shop. Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, McLellan's Fly Shop offers the fly fishing gear and advice that you need for fishing Arkansas' famous White River for trophy Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, and Brook Trout, plus Arkansas' great Smallmouth Bass waters such as Kings River, Buffalo National River, and Crooked Creek. In addition to the blue ribbon trout and smallmouth fishing, we offer gear, flies, and advice for chasing just about any fish that will take a fly --- Stripers to Largemouth Bass and Panfish around home to redfish, bonefish, permit, tarpon, and all kinds of saltwater fish around the world.

Michael McLellan

Michael is late submitting his bio, though, in his defense, he's been busy night and day putting the flyshop together. He'll get around to it sooner or later. [NOTE: The last sentence was written in May 2003! I guess the answer is "later."]

Todd Moncrief

Born and raised in Louisiana, Todd spent his youth chasing alligators and cottonmouths with a fly rod. On an adolescent trip to the Buffalo River in Northern Arkansas, he discovered that smallmouth bass would occasionally take a fly if he wiggled it just right. Only when he moved to Fayetteville did he realize that people fish for trout with flies, and that's all right by him. Todd has at least one microbiology degree from the University of Arkansas. Other hobbies that are continually neglected for fly fishing include photography and classical guitar. He is also an outstanding parallel parker.
